C’est toujours avec le même élan de fierté que nous, Algériens, commémorons la date du déclenchement, le 1er Novembre 1954, de la Guerre de libération nationale, source éternelle d’orgueil et de dignité. Cette date représente un élément fondamental de l’identité du peuple algérien et de son histoire.
Animé d’une foi en la victoire, notre peuple a mené, sous la bannière du Front de libération nationale et de l’Armée de libération nationale, une lutte armée implacable.
Ainsi, à l’occasion de la commémoration du 69ème anniversaire du déclenchement de la glorieuse Guerre de Libération Nationale du 1er novembre 1954, j’adresse mes meilleurs vœux à l’ensemble du personnel et me recueille, en cette date symbolique, à la mémoire de nos glorieux martyrs, tombés pour notre cher pays.
