The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, accompanied with the Minister of Environment and Quality of Life, Mrs. Najiba Djilali, signed Tuesday, February 18th , 2025, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Ben Aknoun, a cooperation agreement and a memorandum of understanding. The cooperation agreement relates to establishing the rules for the exchange of expertise between 6 research centers affiliated to the MESRS, and the National Center for Cleaner Production Technologies CNTPP, which is under the supervision of the Ministry of Environment and Quality of Life.
The memorandum of understanding concerns the establishment of an economic complex, consisting of 5 subsidiary institutions, at research centers affiliated to the MESRS, and the CNTPP.
