The Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies, CDTA hosted, on September 30, 2019, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, accompanied by their Excellency the Minister of Communication and spokesman of the Government also Acting Minister of Culture, the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, the Minister of Energy, and the representative of his Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mines.
The Minister of Energy was accompanied by the CEOs of SONATRACH and SONELGAZ.
Following the welcome address, the Director of the Center, Prof. Ghouti MERAD, presented the research activities and those in partnership with the socio-economic sector
The delegation then visited an exhibition of Research and Development products that are the results of partnerships with national organizations.
The visit to the four technological platforms of micro-fabrication, MEMS, thermal projection and prototyping allowed the Ministers to note the efforts made by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Research and Technology Development and the substantial resources deployed.
At the end of the visit, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research inaugurated the prototyping technology platform of CDTA and saw closely the technological processes it contains, especially for the Stratoconception and the additive production.
Before leaving the Center with clearly expressed feelings of satisfaction, the Minister thanked the staff for their efforts and encouraged them to persevere.
