On the occasion of the National Conference of Universities held on March 31, 2022 at El-Oued University in the presence of the
Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Abdelbaki BENZIANE. A master cooperation agreement was
signed between the CDTA and the University of El-Oued Echahid Hamma Lakhdar, by the Directors of the two Establishments
Dr Mohammed TRAICHE and Prof. Omar FERHATI.
