Socio-economic projects

In April 2018, five CDTA-DGRSDT research projects with socio-economic impact were launched at the DMN. The titles of these projects are:

  • Reprogrammable Intelligent Sensor node
  • Tx/Rx Radio System for Intelligent Sensors
  • Semiconductor oxide gas detectors to secure indoor air quality in a smart city
  • Design and realization of a temperature sensor based on SAW, compatible with CMOS 1-μm technology
  • Design and realization of an automated characterization bench under a controlled environment

FNR Projects

In January 2019, four triennal projects were launched at the DMN. The titles of these projects are:

  • Manufacturing of high-capacity polymer-based structures
  • Development of mini and micro chemical reactors in continuous flow for industrial and biomedical processes
  • Hardware Software co-design for intelligent control and energy optimization: the case of Solar Photovoltaic
  • Development of Characterization Tools: from the Microstructure of Defects to the Degradation of Integrated Circuits
